Begin your inspirational journey at the Tacoma Art Museum for permanent collections featuring French and German paintings from the second half of the nineteenth century. The Lindberg Collection includes over 40 works from artists like Boudin and Latour while the Haub Family Collection features western American artists including Thomas Moran and Robert Henri.

Directly from the TAM a pedestrian overpass connects you to The Museum of Glass featuring hundreds of sculptures by the renowned Washington native Dale Chihuly. Visitors to The Museum of Glass especially enjoy live demonstrations at the museum’s Hot Shop Live!

In Spokane The Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture houses art and everyday objects that showcase life in Eastern Washington. Visitors can gain perspective on the culture and history of the region in a walk-through of the Campbell House- the manor of a wealthy mining family built in 1898.

While in Seattle, the Frye Art Museum showcases paintings and sculpture from the nineteenth century to the present. The Seattle Art Museum is comprised of diverse permanent collections and is a great place to view touring exhibitions in the city.

Museum of Glass

Covering 75,000 square feet, the Museum of Glass (MOG) is an art museum set in Tacoma near the Seattle Metro Area. Established in 2002, the museum is divided into a 13,000-square-feet gallery space, and the iconic, cone-shaped 7,000-square-foot hot shop.

Permanent collections include the Kids Design Glass Collection, 20th and 21st Century Glass Collection, and works by Cappy Thompson. The Museum of Glass also features outdoor glass art like Fluent Steps, Water Forest, and the Chihuly Bridge Of Glass.

Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture

Once the Cheney Cowles Museum, the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture, located in Spokane, showcases a wonderful collection of galleries and exhibits. Visit the museum and stroll through its six galleries, learning about the area's art, culture, and history.
